Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, or the print/design on the product is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered (i.e., different from what was ordered).
To ensure quality control, we record a video of every order at the time of packing/dispatch. This dispatch video serves as verification proof.
Customer video requirement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must record a clear unboxing video of the package and product, and share it with us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours, or without a valid unboxing video, will not be eligible for return or replacement.
A return or replacement will only be processed if the issue shown in your unboxing video matches what is confirmed in our dispatch video.
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
Size-related issues (wrong size ordered, size doesn't fit, etc.) — please refer to our size chart carefully before placing an order.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery, or without a valid unboxing video.
Any goods purchased more than 30 days ago.
Goods not in their original packaging.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which, by nature, deteriorate rapidly or have an expired shelf life.
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
